Returns & Refunds Policy

At Mr Print Canada we take care to produce high quality custom printed products. Please read our policy carefully so you understand how returns and refunds are handled.

Custom-made Products — Non-returnable

Many of our products (for example custom labels, personalized prints, cut-to-size items and one-off orders) are produced specifically to your specifications. Because these items are made-to-order, they are non-returnable and non-refundable except where an exception applies below.

Exceptions — Defects or Our Error

If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our error (for example wrong size, incorrect print or missing elements), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mrprint.ca or call 613‑967‑9553. We will:

  • Assess the issue promptly.
  • Provide a replacement, reprint, or refund at our discretion.
  • Cover return shipping costs when the return is due to our error.

Shipping & Quotes

All prices shown on our site are FOB Belleville. Shipping costs are not included and will be quoted at the time of order based on destination, carrier and chosen service level. If you need a shipping estimate prior to ordering, contact us for a quote.

How to Request a Review or Return

  1. Email info@mrprint.ca with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
  2. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and advise next steps.
  3. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping and next steps.

This policy applies to products ordered directly from mrprint.ca. For purchases through resellers, contact the seller directly.
